Terms of service
Last updated October 22, 2026
By using So When, you agree to these terms. So When helps you share possible times and make plans with friends.
Using So When
Give accurate information, keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. Don’t impersonate someone, spam or harass others, interfere with the service or try to access someone else’s account or private information. You’re responsible for the information you add and the people you share invite links with.
Plans and calendar access
Friends can respond without an account. A shared link can reveal plan details, names and answers to anyone who has it. Calendar connection is optional, and you can disconnect in Settings. You authorize So When to check availability and, if your setting is on, create calendar events for booked plans.
Availability can change. Please confirm important details with your friends. So When does not guarantee that everyone can attend or that a calendar service is always available.
Your information
You keep ownership of the information you provide. You give us permission to use it only as needed to operate So When. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle it.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep So When useful and reliable, but provide it as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or missed plans. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections you have under applicable law.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using So When anytime. Email us to request account deletion. We may restrict access for misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. We may update the service and these terms; the date above will reflect changes.
